I DO AGREE WITH  YOUR PREMISE OF DUALITY, HOWEVER, THIS PLANET IS STILL VERY MUCH FUNCTIONING IN OLD THOUGHT PATTERNS WHICH UPHOLD SUCH DISTORTIONS AS GOOD AND EVIL. THIS DUALITY IS EXPRESSED IN OUR TOTAL EXISTENCE FROM THE SIMPLE FACT OF BREATHING IN AND OUT TO MAJOR WARS. THINK OF GANDHI LESS THAN 50 YEARS AGO. HIS PRINCIPLES VANISHED WITHIN ONE YEAR OF HIS DEATH AS INDIA AND PAKISTAN WENT INTO A BITTER CONFLICT WHICH STILL EXISTS TODAY. HOW DO WE FIND OUR WAY TO THE TRUE PATH AHEAD?

First, we would suggest reading the longer message we gave earlier (the monthly message for 9-10-98).

The way to do so is to find the truth within the center of your beingness that recognizes that place within that is not pulled into duality. Breath is not a duality. Breath is a cycle, it is a circle, it is meant to be a circle where what is taken in is transformed and then brought forth. What you breathe out is not the same as what you breathe in. It shifts, it changes, it transforms. Your body is a metaphor for the cycle or the circle that wishes to be restored, the center, not the good/evil which pulls apart and dances in polarity. 

Polarity and duality are disintegrating. Look around you. The extremes of your stock market, the extremes of what is taking place in Russia or in your own country, or in Pakistan and India. The extremes are illustrating the poles that no longer have a way to balance. There is not balance, there is no way to bring them together. Let them go. Do not focus on either side within you or without you. Go to the place of center, re-establish that place of transformation within truth. Hold it, continue to build it, to strengthen it, to allow that anyplace within you that yet holds patterns of duality and polarization will come to the surface, and they will release and you will grow more spacious and strong and more aware of your own essence and essential center, essential truth.

Gandhi was a great being who held that center to such a degree that others could find their center when they were with him and then also hold center. When he left, those around him who depended on him for that center experience could not hold it on their own. The challenge in these days is to find it and hold it in your own self and to gain mastery so that there isn't just one Gandhi walking around, but many. You will be placed where it is most needed wherever you are in the world, and that center is what will transform and recreate the experience on earth. It won't be the dualities that are now waging war against each other.

Trust this. If you do not trust this you will be washed away in the disintegrating polarities of this time. There are many who look at what is taking place, and then because they have compassionate hearts feel as if they need to do something to address the great pain that is the result of the disintegration. You can have great compassion, but do not lose center.

I MEDITATE AND HAVE BEEN SHOWN MANY CONCEPTS AND TRUTHS THAT WOULD BENEFIT MYSELF, MY FAMILY, AND HUMANITY. I AM HAVING TROUBLE MAKING THE CONNECTION BETWEEN MY SPIRITUAL SELF AND MY DAY TO DAY SELF AND HOW TO BRING WHAT I EXPERIENCE INTO MANIFESTATION. I NEED TO OPEN MY HEART MORE, BUT I AM NOT SURE IF THE PAINS OF THE PAST ARE STOPPING ME. I FEEL AS IF I COULD BE OF MORE SERVICE IF JUST A FEW THINGS INSIDE ME WERE CLEARED. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Yes, it is important to clear what has been in residence, so to speak, within your field from childhood and also taken on through inheritance from your family of origin and the collective consciousness. The levels of denser consciousness, pain or woundedness, unexpressed emotional patterns, distortions within the chakras that are the ramifications of such, would benefit by doing some healing work so that the frequencies of light and truth that you are opening to can integrate in your body, in your field and in your life so that you are no longer split and have to reach up to get those but then cannot bring them in and integrate them and utilize them, which is where the effectiveness of what you are opening to can be experienced. 

So, healing would be recommended. Work with the places such as the pelvis, the heart, and the solar plexus that continue to keep you limited in integrating deeper into your body and deeper into your life. You can work with people such as this one (Michele) or others that you may know of, but it would be helpful for you to pursue this so that your gifts can be shared more in the physical, human world.

I HAVE AN EXCESSIVE FEAR THAT I DON'T KNOW THE ORIGIN OF. EVERY TIME I'M REQUIRED TO GIVE BLOOD I HAVE AN IMAGE WHERE THE NEEDLE GETS WEDGED BETWEEN MY ELBOW BONES AND BREAKS OFF. I BECOME SO PANICKED THAT I GET HYSTERICAL, PASS OUT AND SOMETIMES GO INTO CONVULSIONS. I DIDN'T HAVE THIS FEAR WHEN I WAS YOUNGER. CAN YOU GIVE ME ANY INSIGHT INTO WHY THIS IS HAPPENING?

What we see when we look at you is that there is an image lock in your consciousness that is, in a sense, standing in front a past-life experience that you have not been able to touch with your memory or consciousness. So you've created a metaphoric image, given the experience with giving blood, that stands in front of a past-life memory that began to surface as you matured and got to a specific age where that event took place in another body in another time. Some past-life regression healing work would be helpful for you to dislodge the energy behind the image and then to work with replacing the image with something different. You might want to not give blood until this is complete.

I HAVE BEEN DOING RESEARCH ON THE EFFECTS OF MISALIGNMENT OF OUR ELECTROMAGNETIC ENERGY BODY WITH OUR PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL BODIES. RECENTLY I HAVE BEEN OBSERVING EFFECTS OF MISLIGNMENT OF OUR EEB WITH THE EARTH'S EEB. OBSERVATIONS HAVE REVEALED WHEN THERE IS A MISALIGNMENT OF OUR EEB, THE IMMUNE SYSTEM BECOMES SUPPRESSED AND LESS ENERGY IS AVAILABLE TO THE PHYSICAL BODY. THIS RESULTS IN MANY MANIFESTATIONS. I HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS:

WHAT IS CAUSING THE MISALIGNMENT OF OUR EEB? IS IT DUE TO CHANGES OCCURRING IN THE EARTH'S MAGNETIC GRID?

There are several factors. One is that the earth's electromagnetic field is shifting quite rapidly in this time, and those who maintain levels of consciousness and structures of consciousness that have been crystallized or less fluid are having difficulty shifting with her. Many also have a disengaged root chakra or are not able to connect directly to the grid energy of the earth, therefore they are cut off from their source of guidance for the shift that is taking place. The first, second, and third chakra issues need to be addressed. Most of those are in the unconscious or are inherited and have to do with survival fears, money and financial kinds of things, sexual issues, issues of self-image, awareness of self or emotions that have been unexpressed, issues of victimization, abuse, or control, etc.

Many work on the higher chakras without realizing that they may be expanding their electrical body, but without the complete electromagnetic complement they are out of balance and they are not actually assisting their body to shift with the earth's magnetic field as she is shifting. That is primarily the issue right now. You are measuring it, but it is a great issue, a great problem in what is taking place in the earth right now. Those who wish to be in alignment need to clear the chakras, open the root chakra directly into the earth and allow her body to realign their body. Her body has a stronger electromagnetic field and it is that which is dominating and guiding the process of the greater field shift that is taking place, including the physical bodies of earth.

WHY DOES THE MISALIGNMENT HAVE SUCH SERIOUS EFFECTS ON THE HEALTH OF OUR BODY? IS IT BECAUSE IT AFFECTS OUR DNA?

The immune system cannot be supplied with the life force it needs directly if it is not able to be regenerated or sustained by the earth's body, aliveness, and magnetic field. Different systems of the body work with different aspects of the electromagnetic field. The immune system is very connected to the earth and how the body feels in relationship to the earth. If the body feels cut off, then it does not feel safe and it feels as if it is vulnerable, which allows the immune system that protects the body to break down. If the body feels connected and sourced in the earth's magnetic field, then the body feels safe and protected and the immune system is also functioning the way it is designed to.

IS MISALIGNMENT OF OUR EEB ONE OF THE PRIMARY BASIC CAUSES OF DISEASE?

Yes.

IS THERE A SIMPLER WAY TO KEEP OUR EEB'S ALIGNED?

Heal the chakras that have been cutting off the energy flow to the field and into the body of consciousness and allow that to restore energy flow directly. Do not only work on the connection to Spirit, also work directly on the deep connection to earth and her grid, her shifting magnetic field, her shifting consciousness, and rejuice as if you plug in, rather like a battery to its recharger, and recharge the body. That is the most direct way to work.

I FEEL COMPLETELY STUCK IN A PATTERN OF LACK AND FINANCIAL SABOTAGE. I HAVE OFTEN MADE LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY JUST TO SEE IT SOMEHOW DISAPPEAR. NOW IT IS COMING DOWN TO THE CRUNCH. MY COMMISSION INCOME IS DRYING UP AND I AM IN A LOT OF DEBT. NOTHING I DO SPIRITUALLY, EMOTIONALLY OR PHYSICALLY SEEMS TO MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE. CAN YOU HELP?

It is an area that is connected to the previous question(s). 

On an energetic level your pattern has been such that you, in a sense,  fill yourself, but instead of knowing how to sustain yourself energetically, emotionally, financially, you have holes within your field that leak everything back out again. So there has been a constant attempt on your part to heal, and yet the place in which the wounds were created in your field are way beyond consciousness in the body itself, in the root chakra, and in the second chakra. These areas have had compromise and injury and are not functioning in complete integrity with your soul’s desires. Some of it is infancy related. Some deeper level chakra healing, field membrane healing, working with the infant within you would be helpful. You may need to do some regression work or other kinds of healing work.

Debt is a place where you have not been able to sustain your own frequency, your own energy in the midst of others. That is what you experience was when you were a child and it continues now as an adult. That is what you need to look at and shift.

EVER SINCE READING YOUR SESSION ON THE NEW CHILDREN I HAVE HAD A STRONG FEELING I SHOULD STOP GIVING MY 11 YEAR OLD SON RITALIN FOR SO CALLED "ADD". I AM ALSO RELUCTANT TO PURSUE THE SAME MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS FOR MY 8 YEAR OLD, EVEN THOUGH HIS SCHOOL HAS DONE ALL THE TESTS AND HAVE INDICATED HE MAY BE ADD. I FEEL ALL MY CHILDREN ARE HIGHLY INTUITIVE AND JUST NEED TO FIND THEIR OWN WAY. I WANT TO KNOW IF I AM ON THE RIGHT TRACK IN MY NEW THINKING/FEELING.

Yes you are. The labels that are put upon children are just a way to categorize what is not understood by those who would like to put a certain understanding on it so then they have a certain amount of control, again. There are some children with chemical imbalances that are assisted by certain chemical intervention, but most children who are labeled ADD are
very highly intuitive with great sensitivities and do not know how to translate what they are picking up from different levels of awareness into a way to bring those awarenesses into some kind of functional expression. 

Usually if these children can be encouraged, they need to have their communication and expression skills worked with more extensively than others. Some suggestions would be writing, poetry, art, dance, martial arts that are centering and balancing with the earth, yoga, and different kinds of breathing exercises. All of these things would be assisting to bring what they are picking up into some kind of a form of expression and moving the energy. That is what they need to do, and that is why they have a hard time sitting still. They have to keep the energy moving, so give them channels to move it through and skills that will assist them to articulate and communicate what they are picking up. 

They may also need to learn how to shield themselves energetically. One good exercise for children is to imagine that they are in a purple dome, room, or bubble. It is a psychic shield and will shield them from some of the input on the psychic/emotional levels that they pick up and can't sort out who it comes from, if it is theirs or not theirs, and so they are trying to process it all for everyone around them. It is very difficult to be in one’s body at that point, and then there is acting out as a result. So these children need purple domes, and they need to know how to take blue and purple showers regularly to clear their energy fields. 

They need to know that there is a great amount of unconditional love. They can bring pink inside the purple bubbles, which is unconditional, universal love, and then know that that love is what they wish to bring through them, and not all of the miscellaneous thought-forms and unexpressed emotions that people have around them. That is very important such as this. If you have some success with this with your children, we would like to perhaps assist you further so that this can become more known, and the energetics can be demonstrated as effective rather than only Ritalin or only certain other things.

THERE IS A PAPER AROUND WHICH PURPORTS TO CONNECT THE 12 STRANDS OF DNA. THIS IS SUPPOSEDLY BY THE PLEIADIANS. IS THIS BOGUS OR WHAT?

In order to open the DNA codes within your body there is a need to reach and sustain certain levels of frequency in the body. Ones from outside cannot do that for you with a program because there would not be an ability to sustain those frequencies necessary for the DNA codes to truly reveal themselves and open the capacities that are latent within them. So you might want to open to your own process of evolution and healing that continuously releases the denser forms of consciousness, structure, memories, patterns, etc., so to then weave more and more of the higher frequencies of your own higher self, your own Christ nature, your own connection to the great Mother Earth, and great Solar Spirit, Creator energies. Allow them in their own way to build a strong foundation within your field that can be sustained and will automatically at some point open those codes and latent capacities that include the weaving of other strands of light codes, or DNA, into the body and into the cells. 

Those who purport to do this may have a knowledge that it is happening, but they cannot do something to you to make it happen. It is a self evolving process where you can be assisted at times, but it is truly your work, your process, your choice to do so. 

I FEEL THAT I AM SITTING IN THE 'EYE OF THE STORM' AND EVERYTHING AROUND ME SEEMS TO BE IN TURBULENCE BUT IT IS NOT AFFECTING ME. I THINK I HAVE EVOLVED TO ANOTHER LEVEL RECENTLY, BUT I AM NOT SURE WHERE TO GO FROM HERE. I KNOW MY PATH IS VERY IMPORTANT, BUT SOMETIMES I FEEL I'M HELPING EVERYONE EXCEPT MYSELF. I FEEL VERY ENERGETIC AND WONDERFUL AND SELF-HEALING LIKE I HAVE TAPPED INTO A NEW PART OF MYSELF. AM I DELUDING MYSELF OR AM I RIGHT ON TARGET?

You are opening many many things right now. It is as if you have reached a certain frequency level in your field that then precipitates an opening. So it is not a question of where do you go from here, it is more how open can you be to receive what is now available to you and then work and integrate that and continue to open and allow it to build greater and greater experiences of well-being, of joy, of self healing, etc. 

Be a little more discerning. Those about you may not, at times, be helped by your help. What they may need to do is source themselves. You can perhaps tell them how to do that, but there is a need now for ones who have some ability to assist to be aware of when it is truly assisting and when it is not. There is need to begin to see the power within each soul to accomplish great amounts of evolutionary work in this time. There are times when you may be drawn upon as an assistant and there may be other times when you will stand back and say ‘you can do this, you have the power within you to do this, draw on it’. 

I HAVE AN 18 YEAR OLD SON WHO IS VERY SPIRITUAL. I AM LEARNING FROM HIM EACH DAY. SOMETIMES I DON'T KNOW HOW TO HELP HIM AND I FEEL MORE FRUSTRATED THAN EVER BEFORE. HOW CAN I HELP HIM ON HIS PATH?

ALSO, MY 16 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER IS STRUGGLING TO FIND HERSELF AND FIT IN. SHE SEEMS TO FOCUS HER RAGE ON FINANCIAL ISSUES. WHERE IS THIS COMING FROM AND WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP?

Help is a word that you might want to drop from your vocabulary. Trust your son’s innate wisdom and knowing, and support this one to be all that you know him to be. Support is different than help. Support means that when this one speaks to you of areas where there is conflict or areas where there is confusion, you can bring through a sense of trust in this one’s innate wisdom so that as he talks he also comes to his own answers. In a sense you are not giving the help, he is receiving it directly by articulating the question, opening the door, and with your support of believing and trusting that he knows how to receive and open his own gates of wisdom, that he then does do so. This empowers him to be more fully who he is and to receive more consciously his own access to wisdom that he then shares with others. That would be a wise way to be with this one. 

People pick an issue that is related to the area of contraction in their own field. Financial issues are most often within the root and second chakra. The rage experience of your daughter is one of frustration and not having enough of a sense of that grounded support to root in, to ground in, and have that sense of strong connection so that she can then move on and grow in her life. The feminine power is sourced in the earth. It is not sourced above, it is sourced through the body in the earth. 

Your root chakra is also compromised. Her root chakra is opening and needs to have a sense of release of what has been fear that has blocked it since early in her infancy process. Both of you can benefit by opening and releasing old fear patterns that have been taken on through the genealogy of the women in the family. Release it so there is a stronger connection and support, and that will manifest in a sense of knowing that all that is needed for life is present and will always be present, and that fear, rage, frustration can be released.

I'D LIKE TO KNOW WHAT TO TELL PEOPLE WHEN THEY ASK ABOUT ET'S. I'M NOT QUITE SURE ABOUT THE REPTILIAN RACE WHO WANT US AS THEIR FOOD SOURCE. I DON'T REALLY BUY INTO THE FEAR THAT SURROUNDS THAT. WE ARE BEING TOLD THAT THERE ARE MANY RACES OUT THERE THAT ALREADY HAVE CUT UP THE EARTH INTO THEIR OWN TERRITORIES, BUT THE CREATOR WILL NOT LET THAT HAPPEN. COULD YOU ELABORATE ON THIS AND HOW WE MAY PROTECT OURSELVES? I BELIEVE THAT WE WILL TRIUMPH THROUGH LOVE, THAT'S WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT, ISN'T IT?

What is taking place in the earth at this time is far greater story than the story you are listening to about the carving up of the earth and different species of extra-terrestrials, etc. The earth is moving through a great transformation, a shift of frequency and consciousness, and all who choose to be part of that with her are doing that as well. Those who are unable to relate to what she is evolving into, frequency wise or in a consciousness sense, will have no power within her field very soon. That includes ones who are embodied now, earth humans, as well as any entities that are in other species of extra-terrestrial. 

This is a momentous time, and yes, love is the choice. Love is the place that you center and you go to and you reorganize and restructure every aspect of your own consciousness, every aspect of your life around love and any other frequencies of love, joy, beauty, truth, wisdom, and harmony that you wish to weave within your specific consciousness. Directly open to the guidance of the earth and her energy and frequencies that are modulating and assisting the bodies of earth to also shift. Open, and do not pay attention to the drama on whatever level it plays out, whether it be the economic situation in the earth, whether it be the ET stories, whether it be sexual dramas, or ways, etc. Choose love and choose this as your center. That is primary practice in this time.

I NEED A SPIRITUAL MENTOR. WHO CAN I TURN TO THAT WILL ASSIST ME IN MY SPIRITUAL GROWTH?

Be aware that the wisdom within you will guide you to those who will assist you in your growth, even if they are temporary in your path. Ask, look around, see who you feel in resonance or attraction to, and then let yourself listen and pay attention, but do not be drawn in so much that you give your power to them. They assist you according to your soul’s evolutionary plan and sequence. You are not to be only considered a student, but one who is choosing to evolve with that wisdom from within guiding your process. Others then are partnered with you for periods of time. So look around you and see who you would like to work with for awhile, and then keep your options open.

I FEEL AS IF I AM BEING DIRECTED TO RETURN TO GET A DOCTORATE BUT I RESIST BECAUSE I DOUBT MY INTELLECTUAL ABILITIES. I KNOW I HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A GOOD THERAPIST, BUT I DREAD WHAT IS REQUIRED TO ACHIEVE THAT GOAL. ANY COMMENTS OR DIRECTION?

There are some more progressive schools forming in the earth at this time. Those schools are such that they recognize the transpersonal and spiritual nature that is also incorporated into the whole healing process. Seek out such schools and your doctorate might actually be fun and you might enjoy doing the explorations and learnings and working with some great people who have let themselves go out beyond the boundaries of how therapy has been defined in the past. If you can, seek out those places, and there are some times options that are more flexible for completing such studies. Look for them beyond your own location. 

I HAVE A DIFFICULT PROBLEM WITH THE FATHER OF MY CHILDREN. WE ARE NO LONGER MARRIED. HE HAS BEEN BECOMING MORE AND MORE PSYCHOLOGICALLY UNSTABLE, CAUSING GREAT PAIN TO ME AND MY CHILDREN. WHAT CAN I DO TO PROTECT MYSELF AND MY CHILDREN AND BRING US PEACE?

Hold center. Find your own truth within you and bring your own energy down deeper, connect to the earth. Clear the fear patterns out of your own root chakra and second chakra where there has been some abuse from earlier in your life. Also, heal the membrane in your field around you. If you need assistance with that there are those who can be of assistance. This one (Michele) is one, but there are others who do such work. This will assist you to get stronger and know the truth and stand in that place. Your children rely on you and your strength at this point. They can also be assisted to know their own truth and supported, but they are yet children and not able to stand completely freely in that place. 

As you stand in your truth, speak it with calmness. Do not let yourself get emotional with you ex-husband, because an emotional current will trigger the psychological imbalance that is taking place within him. Be very calm when you speak. Very calm, very direct, but very calm. That is why it is important to release and to heal the fear pattern within you, or the anger, or the reaction place, because that triggers within this other one. The more calm you can be from your own center the more that also soothes something within him that is actually crying for assistance to heal. He is in danger of fragmenting his personality at this point, and that is difficult to heal. It would be very helpful if he could receive some support or help psychologically or emotionally, even spiritually, because what has been deep in his psyche is surfacing and he does not know how to work with this alone. 

I'VE BEEN TANTALIZED BY A VISION OF A CO-CREATIVE EARTH-LOVING SPIRITUAL COMMUNITY AND AUTHENTIC CREATIVE WORK THAT WOULD FLOW FROM MY DEEPEST WELLSPRING OF LOVE. HOWEVER, I FEEL STUCK IN A STATE OF HEALING SUSPENSION WORKING ON ABANDONMENT ISSUES AND THE POSSIBLE RELEASE OF MY MARRIAGE, ALL OF WHICH NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED BEFORE I WILL BE GRANTED ACCESS TO THIS POSSIBILITY. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET UNSTUCK? IS THIS VISION POSSIBLE?

Yes, the vision is possible. You have already made great strides towards it. You own awareness of what you wish to create is to be linked with the earth’s vision of what she wishes to create with you. Her body and her body need to come into greater resonance, and this is already beginning to happen. You many find that as you shift and begin to come more and more into your own awareness that those around you begin to do so as well. That may precipitate a sense of seeing differently, and then opening differently to people around you and beginning to find the beginnings of that community you envisioned can be felt even before there are large amounts of structure or form upon it. So continue in the path you have already chosen. Anchor your body, your soul, your beingness deep into the earth, and know that you have already begun. 

WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE TO CONTACT MY ANGELS? I KNOW I NEED GUIDANCE AND ADVICE TO CONTINUE FORWARD BUT I DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO TURN OR WHAT TO DO TO GET THERE.

Angels are assisting, as are guides, but you own innate wisdom needs to be unclouded and uncluttered. You have taken in influence from others over your life who had much advice, expectations, suggestions, or a sort of dominating energy. It clouded your own awareness, your own truth, your own desires, your own inspirations and motivation. Clear the clutter, clear the confusion, clear the tapes of others voices. Clear all of what has been influencing you. You might need to go away a bit from others to be more in a space of your own to really feel your own self, your own energy, your own impulse, your own aliveness and what it would like to do. 

The angels can support you, but they support you to clear so that you can feel and know and then follow your own innate inner wisdom, path, and guidance system that has grown cloudy over time. Take some purple and blue showers of light to assist you to clear thought forms and astrally-influenced emotional energies, and do this retrogressively in the sense of going back through time to the time you were born so that you clear the entire life of influence. Then see how you feel, what you want to do, what your desires are, and what gives you a sense of ‘yes’ and what says ‘no’. It will be much clearer once you clear your field. 

I AM ABOUT TO TURN 50 AND AM EXCITED ABOUT THE POSSIBILITIES THAT LAY AHEAD OF ME AS FAR AS BEING ABLE TO CREATE MY NEW OR 'SECOND' LIFE. ALONG WITH THIS EXCITEMENT IS CONFUSION ABOUT WHAT, WHERE, AND HOW TO PROCEED. I FEEL I HAVE A HUGE WELL OF ARTISTIC TALENTS WITHIN ME BUT I CAN'T SEEM TO FOCUS ON ONE. Artistic ability is the ability to create, and healing is the capacity or skill of channeling energy and holding focus of an intention. So what you are doing is you are beginning to realize that you have the possibility to choose to open to being a creator and to hold intention for the highest kind of creation with yourself or with another. We would suggest that you begin by buying yourself a great big canvas, some paints with colors that you feel most attracted to in the moment, and some brushes or tools. With an intention to bring forward what is within you, the creator aspect, then play as if you were four years old. Play as if you are a child without any agendas for what you are doing except to play with the paint and experience your own expression, your own ability to create and give form to something, and notice how delightful it is to play with color. It will open a channel for you that has been locked since you were four. 

That is what you are doing is opening something that has been locked up for a very long time. It may only take one painting, or you may find that there is so much energy generated you find yourself doing many, but open and unlock the gate that was locked when you were four and then proceed as if you are creating a life differently than you created it before. It will be open and you can flow energy through it. The healing capacities follow the opening of the gate, not preceding.

THE ORIGINAL PLAN SANANDA REVEALED TO STARSEEDS WAS FOR THERE TO BE 3 WAVES OF ASCENSION WITH THOSE GOING ON THE FIRST WAVE ABLE TO COME BACK AND HELP WAKE UP THE REMAINDER OF THE STARSEEDS. THE SECOND WAVE WOULD BE MADE UP OF THESE NEWLY AWAKENED SEEDS. THE THIRD WAVE WOULD BE AN EVACUATION OF THE MAJORITY OF HUMANITY. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THIS PLAN HAS CHANGED TO A WHOLE EARTH ASCENSION. IF THIS IS THE NEW PLAN, ARE STARSEEDS STILL TO BE TAKEN HOME BEFORE THIS OCCURS?

Well, we do not wish to disturb you, but that has been a story that has been one of many that have been put into consciousness that is not completely of the truth. So it is not that the plan has been changed, it is just that that story never contained a whole truth. It created a lot of distortion, fear, and a sort of elitism that was not the intention of anyone assisting the true plan that is unfolding in earth. 

So, if we have not disturbed you too much, what we would say about this time is that the awakening of those in the earth is not just of starseeds. It is of any who have chosen earth to be partnered with her in this evolutionary shift and transformation time. Many did come initially from different systems of stars or planets, but they have chosen earth as their new mother, to evolve with her to be the great evolution of consciousness that has been seeded in order to transform into something that has not yet been experienced or expressed in creation. A new being is being born out of the whole of all of what has been seeded here. 

There are already those who sense and feel this and are already able to hold the frequencies necessary to continue to assist others. If you wish to call them wave one, that is fine. Those who are yet opening are making the choice in this time of whether or not to remain with the earth’s evolution and shift of frequencies or whether to give power to the dualities, the polarities, and the distortions that have been your created reality for a very long time. Those who choose to open to the greater awareness and higher love frequencies, to weave these into their centers and to re-establish their core’s essences with the earth, will find themselves also vibrating in a way that opens to greater joy and creativity, passion, awareness, and aliveness. If you wish to call this wave two, that is fine.

The fact is that the outcome of the transformation has not been ascertained. There is no plan to lift everyone off of the planet. There is, in a sense, a desire and an intention set to shift the frequency of the entire earth, herself, with all who choose to be part of that, and for the removal to be of the denser frequencies. That is still the plan and has not yet been altered. So if you choose to be among those who remain with the earth and evolve into a higher frequency to create a new experience together, then that is your choice. If you choose to leave then that is your choice. Some will leave because they wish to go to other dimensions or other places, and they feel finished with the earth at this time. That is also a choice.
