Special Deep Release Event December 1st

From Michele:

As we have been progressing through the deep sorting and shifting of 2012, I have come to realize that one area that is still not moving well is the unprocessed charge locked into the body and the meridian system. One way to access those levels is through conscious breathing combined with energy work and movement. I have personally used a conscious breathing process weekly for the past 3 years and it has been the single most supportive practice to move energy out of my body and meridians. The process also allows access to clear awareness and insights.

So, I have decided to slip in one more opportunity to use the propelling energies of the end of 2012 to help surface and move more of what has been bound or constricted in our bodies. It will be Saturday, Dec. 1 from 10 to 4 pm. There will be two breath-work sessions, one in the morning and one afternoon. I will be joined by Roxann Kay who was my teacher for learning the practice. She will facilitate and guide participants through the breathing while I focus into the energy field and guide from there.

This session is not for the faint of heart or for those who may be afraid of possibly intense releases. We will create a sacred space and ask for the process to be as gentle as possible and you will be supported through it. But I know from personal experience that some releases through this process can feel physically, energetically, and emotionally very intense as the body loosens and moves what has been stored for a long time.

This session is intended for people who can participate in person at Lightsmith (sorry, we can’t coach the breathing at a distance). The cost is $165.

Pre-registration is requested for this event so we can provide further information about preparations for the day, what to bring, etc. Register early with or call 651-224-4451.
