Opens with friends in Spirit, closes with Earth Mother
Blessings, greetings, hello. It is a new cycle, yes? And hallelujah, yes? Ah, so, let us breathe a little bit together. Open up, and we will introduce who is all present here with us, and you, we hope, will also introduce each other to us in your hearts and in your minds. We already have met most of you. So, today we have gathered a number of beings who have been chosen…..chosen themselves, but chosen………based on particular qualities of consciousness and frequency. So, in a sense we have formed ourselves in a very conscious way to work together with you, as each of you have joined and come together in a conscious way, to be rather like a formula or alchemy of sorts where everything that is put together counts in a very particular way.
So, those who are gathered here in Spirit are here by design and choice. The Earth Mother is also present and she will close today, so we will make a brief time when she shifts in to be more present. Also present are several beings which she has chosen to be with us, with her, and with you. It is a rather large gathering, and a very particular gathering, a very specific formula in terms of the alchemy that is present. So, if at times while we are speaking you feel that you need to take a very deep breath, feel as if you need to expand, stretch, or open in some way, please do because you will feel during this time certain things that are particularly, perhaps, opening for you as well as perhaps your energy may be called upon in the formula that is working its way over this time together. It’s rather like cooking where at different times you might feel yourself called into the mix…..your energy, your particular qualities and frequencies. So, you may feel as if you need to breathe, to expand, to open during that time. It will be individual, not all at once, so this is our preliminary introduction about what we are doing all together.
Also, today, we have gathered some information that we hope will be of interest and support to you ones during this particular time in your earth experience. So, we will proceed with some of that, we will open to questions, and then we will open to the great Earth Mother who would also like to have some time with you. So, if we are going too long, someone will say that, yes, so that there is enough time for everything? Our time sense is not so much like yours, and when we have a big group sometimes we lose track.
It is so good to be here with you all. I, the one who is speaking, have been long without a body. But, I remember a body, and being this connected to one…..it just feels very good to be amongst you, to be here, to be able to speak again in a human form in this way. And, I am a special guest today, so to speak, by request, by design, and by choice. Others will be woven into this time, as is the nature of this channel, but I am opening this time. So, it is very good to be here, speaking with you.
I have worked on this side in the spirit world for quite some time, am involved with the unfolding of consciousness and the plan as it has been unfolding here in the earth, and I am well aware of many of the things taking place. You have a unique way of operating in the earth plane as lightworkers……you call yourselves……as beings who are planted within the field of matter. And your unique placement, your unique way of being present during this time has called upon you to not only utilize all of the gifts, all of the training, and all of the skills you have accumulated over earth lifetimes and spirit time, but you have also been tested beyond some of those places in your journey, this time. You have been stretched, you have been honed, you have at times been placed in situations where you did not ever feel you could survive. Many of you at times have been……..we have heard you begging to leave the situations, the place or the time in which you found yourself. And yet, it was not for you to do so, and support or different things that were needed would come, perhaps just as you felt about ready to give up. There was a purpose for this, and the purpose for being stretched, for being pushed beyond your previous learning, limits, skills, tests of sorts that perhaps you did not feel…..if you checked into your blueprint…….that you even signed on for. Maybe you wondered where did they come from.
The purpose for these has been to burn through certain lineages of consciousness. Lineages have been passed on one generation to another, and in order to transform or change through the alchemy of embodiment, through the alchemy of DNA, through the alchemy of light in matter, and matter within light, those lineages needed to be transmuted where certain aspects that were threads of light within them were to be honed and kept. But other things that were not to be brought forward into the new structures that you will be creating with, had to be burned off, so to speak. Last year in your great world you had many fires, much heat, burning, yes? Some of you remember the burning in your own consciousness, your own experience, your own emotional bodies. That has been purposeful, because now as you enter this time, this cycle, your bodies no longer vibrate with certain lineages of consciousness. Your DNA is freed up to open to greater light, and to allow the penetration of light within matter to a much greater degree. And collective consciousness as a whole now has a possibility, through nuclei such as yourselves, to begin forming in collaborative cells of people coming together to form such frequency energy configurations that you vibrate, you have effect…..you are effective. Much more so than in the past.
Some of you tried things in the past, and they would go a certain distance, a certain ways toward their evolution, and they seemed then to go away, dissipate. They were not able to be blossomed fully. That will change. They were not yet to be fully manifested until there was the kind of nourishment from the new structures of creation that could then bring them into a whole experience, a whole fruition, a whole kind of harvest. So many of you had beginnings, not knowing where they would go, not knowing IF they would go, and perhaps you have even surrendered them many times. It was waiting for the burn off, so to speak, and the transmutation, and the openings within the DNA that could help hold and vibrate the new structure, the new frequencies, the new alchemy. Then they will come back, and you will now blossom them, but probably more collaboratively than you would have in the past. The time for the “lone ranger” and independence is now complete. The next age, the next stage is cooperative, collaborative, cocreative, and it is an alchemy. Just as we have today gathered in Spirit and in Earth, with a very particular intention woven in to the configuration of those present for a purpose, so, too, you will do so. So, we are starting this year with that kind of configuration, and that kind of intention, and that kind of purposeful collaboration that you will continue. So that is why we are joined here, together.
So, the burning off was important, necessary, and we would like to say on behalf of all in Spirit who have not had to do the emotional and physical burning: thank you for your part, for your purpose in the physical body that you undertook even beyond what you signed on for. Some of you took on a certain portion, but along the way were invited or asked if you would take on a little more, particularly during certain phases of the last ten to twenty years. So, thank you. Please receive the acknowledgment and honor for what you have undertaken and successfully accomplished. And extend that acknowledgment through your heart and your body to others that you know of who have also undertaken such burning of those lineages of consciousness that needed to be transmuted physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually on all levels and dimensions. It has been a great work, a great service, and not always understood from the human experience, and we do understand and know that.
Second for this day, as you open to being honored and acknowledged, know that this time is consciousness is one where there is a sort of movement from the time of transforming into the time of creation. It is as if you’ve been standing on your left foot growing stronger, growing deeper roots, growing more connected to all that you will need in your next phase of creation. You have been integrating, you’ve been moving things into your experience. You have been opening, but not yet knowing what will come. You are beginning to rock forward on your right foot, so to speak. You are beginning to step now into what’s next. This time is one where you will find even in the very near times for some of you, stretched out perhaps in the near months for others of you, but that which is a sense of opening the door within your being and feeling a momentum moving through the door from your soul, joined with creation, joined with all that is, and sensing that it is now time to move.
Some of you will physically move, or are in the process of physically moving. Some of you feel as if you are going to move, or being called into motion. That is true! Some of you may be moving distances to find those that will be your collaborators. Some of you may be moving forward with those things that you started in the past, but now they feel as if there is a sense of “yes”, now they can come forward. Some of you will resurrect old things and they will shift in your hands, and they will shift in your hearts, and they will shift in their lives. And they will come forward, but different, new, different than before. And some of you will be very busy for a little while, perhaps needing to articulate, to write, to put into form some of those things that need to ground, need to land, in order to have an ability to be the current, the access point, the connection where you will then be lead, you may need certain things to be in place, to be articulated, to be moved into form.
Some others of you will find that clarity, self-awareness, a sense of what is really yours, where you land, what belongs to you will focus in such a way that you will shift in place. You may not move your place of residence, you may not move in a different expression, but you will shift in place, so to speak. It is almost as if you open the door in that place of clarity and self-awareness, and that opens you in a new way to come forward. So, the doors are opening.
Third, in this little soliloquy, this year will find those who are moving into deeper contraction, it will almost seem to you to be unbearable. If you put your energy, your attention, your thoughts, into those places where the contractions are more intense than they maybe have ever been, you will sense a draining away of life. Almost a sense of a loss of life, a loss of energy, a loss. And you will feel, almost immediately, those currents pulling at you. Do not go there. Do not go there. There will be deep contractions this year. You thought last year was deep contractions, that is yet to be surpassed in this next time. Those contractions will take different forms than you expect or anyone expects. They will take people by surprise, and yet because in this time the energies are moving not only for you into a new hologram where you will start to collaborate, and cocreate, and move into form and start to find the empowerment of life sourcing you, there will also be great death in the other world where the old structures are dying, and they need to die.
Some places will find that the contractions squeeze so tightly that there is quite a lot of death in the experience, quite rapid death. The death is not bad, do not see it as such. As you have gone through your own burning……in your own emotional body you have gone through great losses some of you, tremendous losses, yes? Some of you have had tremendous loss, tremendous death, you have died. Many of you have experienced death while not dying physically, but death. So you understand that the transformative, transmutative process requires death of those forms that were formed in the lineages of consciousness that are no longer going forward. So, choose life, choose life every day. Choose the currents of life that come through your doorways and into manifest expression. Choose collaborators. Choose those people that come into your experience and you feel like dancing……well, do the dance. Invite others. Hold your hand out to those who are tentatively stepping into this new structure, not quite sure if they can trust it. Be the model, be the wayshower, be the one who can hold a hand to those ones.
And keep your frequencies stable. Do not allow the externalization of death and the contractions in the old structures to suck at you, to pull at you, to take the life from you, to diminish your frequency, your qualities of life. Allow yourselves to know that in this year you may find yourselves finding practices to maintain frequency, to open into the levels of joy, of love, and the qualities of creation……there are a number of them you can choose. You can choose beauty, you can open to the experience of indwelling and external beauty, and open the awareness of how present you can be with it. It will sustain your frequency, it will lift you, it will open you in ways that are precious and beautiful. And gratitude is a small word in English, you will have to find a new one to open the appreciation and the awareness of being present with beauty as it manifests in your experience. Try it, you’ll like it.
Another one…….some of you like Divine order. You like order, you like precision, you like efficiency…….you like it. That’s good, organization. Some of you like it, yes? Open it up, it is a Divine quality. It is one of the qualities within creation. You can stand there, you can open it, you can allow it to open within you. You can open the experience of it, and it, too, will support you. You will find a certain clarity of precision, of the dance of creation, and you will love it. It will dance you, and you will dance it, and you will give form with it. There are others. There is delight, play, ecstasy, joy…….but play, laughter. The more you open into the moment of your experience and you explore the qualities within creation, purely, you follow their currents, you allow them to inform you, you open them more and more and more as your door opens wider. They will sustain you, they will feed you, they will nourish you, and you will find that you are not dropping in frequency emotionally or physically.
Some of you might like to play with alchemy. Some of you like alchemy, yes? Open it up. Open it up, it will inform you, too. There are many, many qualities within creation, all of the qualities of love that are yet to be explored, fully. Not just relational love, but the purity of love, the transcendent love, the universal loves, the Great Mother love. All the loves you can open. There are others. Hold your frequency, lift that and find practices this year, and you will find that you will need them at times. So, practice. Find those things that support you, that you can flow with, and work with, and play with, and inhabit.
One other thing in this time. You are having an election this year in the United States of America, and there is concern. We feel that concern and see it all over as people focus on this next time. The polarization is becoming more and more and more extreme, so the choices actually are becoming clearer. If you feel it is your part to step into a place where you speak on behalf of creation in different ways or different arenas that may be more public, then step into those places if they belong to you. Feel that. You will feel moved if it is yours. If not, you will start to sense that there is something else afoot this year. If you take your focus off the political arena, even though it is amping up over the next few months, and allow yourself to listen, pay attention, you will find that there is something else going on as well as what is external. And it is going on particularly in your country, not just in the world at large, but in your country there is something going on. And it is, in a sense, an important place to pay attention, to find in your awareness. It isn’t fully manifest yet, but it is on its way and is already starting to spin into a focus.
This particular time where the political focus is focused on choice is the great time of choice, and you will find the purity of knowing what choice is all about opening up within consciousness, and there will be a freeing of free will during this year. You may not understand what I’m saying until later, because it has to be experienced. It cannot be fully understood in the mental world. A freeing of free will through choice this year. You’ve been preparing for it, you’ve been working towards it, you’ve been actually practicing, but you haven’t been able to fully actualize it because it is a collective experience. It has to happen within the hologram, it has to happen with a number of people, perhaps thousands or more than thousands will actually make this happen. As that breaks free, as that shifts into the hologram, free will moves out of the duality structure and into the new hologram. THAT will be an accomplishment. THAT, you will find worth celebrating. Many of your children already operate with this quality of freed free will, and have no understanding of what you mean when you say “make a choice”. They’re already choosing in this new structure, and it is you not understanding them, rather than they not understanding you. They’re already there, and they will find as if there is a great breath of fresh air, and finally, some of them who are old enough to be able to articulate, their voices will start to collectively emerge by the end of this year, more and more. And they will begin to have ways of informing, not only you, but the world, of the things they have been seeded with to bring forward. It will be exciting when that happens, and worth celebrating in your next new year.
So, I have exhausted my little list, and perhaps if you’d like we could entertain some questions, and some of my other collaborators here may shift in to answer some of them, but we can proceed.

ABOUT THREE MONTHS AGO I STARTED PURSUING A PASSION I’VE HAD ALL MY LIFE, WHICH IS PITCHING BASEBALL. IT SEEMED PRETTY RIDICULOUS AT MY AGE, BUT I ASKED ABOUT DOING THIS IN A PREVIOUS CHANNELING AND WHAT WAS SAID IS THAT IT WOULDN’T REALLY MATTER IF IT WAS TRULY ME. I’VE HAD PRETTY GOOD RESULTS THE PAST COUPLE MONTHS WORKING OUT WITH A LOCAL COLLEGE TEAM, BUT RECENTLY I FOUND THAT I’VE DEVELOPED A PAIN UNDERNEATH MY LEFT SHOULDER BLADE IN MY RIBS. OF ALL THAT PHYSICALLY COULD HAVE GONE WRONG, SUCH AS ARMS OR KNEES, THIS IS PRETTY DISTRACTING. EVERYTHING ELSE IS GOING PRETTY GOOD, AND I’M WONDERING IF I’M DOING SOMETHING TO SABATOGE MYSELF.
In the body, there are areas where there are old contractions. When you start to open them up you begin to feel the old contractions. Through looking deeper, let it be a revelation process so that you can reveal to yourself what has been held there in that part of your feminine aspect, your feminine self, and receive her more fully. And you will find that easing, because there will no longer be that sense of working against an old contraction, you see? So, any time you become more physical, some of you find old contractions showing up, little places that you didn’t know about. It’s just an opportunity to transmute that area of your body a little bit more of that old matter lineage, and allow more light, more consciousness, to come in. So, it is not meant to stop you, it is just a little “hello”.
I PARTICIPATED IN THE LIGHT INTO LIFE COURSE THIS PAST YEAR, AND I’VE BEEN INTEGRATING A LOT OF IT INTO MY WORK WITH OTHERS. I’VE BEEN SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE WORDS AND TECHNIQUES THAT FEEL TRUE TO ME, AND IT’S HELPED TREMENDOUSLY WITH CLARITY AND HOW I SHARE WHAT MY PART IS IN HELPING THE EVOLUTION OF THE WORLD INTEGRATE BODY AND SPIRIT. I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY MORE SPECIFIC ADVICE AS TO HOW I CAN BE MORE EFFECTIVE IN WHAT I’M DOING IN MY WORK. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
You will find this year one of not only articulating and bringing what you have been doing to others and the ways you’ve been doing it, but people will start to ask you to teach them things, and you may find that that opens up more this year. And then you might find that rather than repeating yourself all the time, that you have to write some things down. Do you see, there is a flow opening here, all of which will continue to move you into……not just your work…..we hope to say it is your play. Yes, where it is self-sustaining. It sustains you and it opens up to others and creates a sort of ripple effect that goes out, and it ripples back to you. So, you’ve been working more in smaller arenas, one-to-one and small groups, and yet you might find that this is moving into a little different arena up ahead, and that this is a year of movement towards that.
THERE ARE MANY VERY BEAUTIFUL BABIES BEING BORN INTO OUR TIME RIGHT NOW. WE CALL THEM CRYSTAL CHILDREN. WILL YOU PLEASE TALK MORE ABOUT CRYSTAL CHILDREN AND HOW WE CAN BEST SUPPORT THEM IN THEIR ARRIVAL AND GROWTH?
Yes, there are many beautiful children arriving, many beautiful beings, many of whom have not had bodies for a very long time, if at all. Most of them have just had a very long vacation from earth. These beings have within their bodies……they’ve already woven into the DNA the capacity to be light and certain qualities of light they bring forward. They vibrate it very purely. They’re in small bodies, but most of them are very conscious, but not in the sense of conscious as you adults are where you have formed a mind, do you understand? The children haven’t formed a mind, a mental field, so to speak. They purely vibrate and are conscious, and are consciousness vibrating. So, in their presence, more is possible. Just being in their presence will magnify any other qualities present in you or wherever you are, that happens. That’s what they do as children, is they magnify what is present in their environment, in their consciousness, and in the people around them. So, their first role is to come and magnify what’s here in the new hologram, and to make it larger, bigger, more accessible.
Their second part will be as they mature and they articulate who they are. And they are very specific in terms of what they are here to do, and what they need to know to do it. The indigos challenged the systems, because their structures were such that they brought in a certain kind of strength of consciousness and structure that would not adapt to the old dualities, the old lineages of consciousness. They would not adapt, therefore they challenged. Not purposefully challenged, but rather they challenged just by being who they were. The crystals do not have the same kind of strong structure. They are more already the new hologram. They vibrate a whole different thing. They don’t even need to interact within duality because they have no reference for duality. They don’t have a place to interact, therefore they are the new hologram vibrating in consciousness, embodied. They begin forming collaborations and cooperative venues very young. They will match up and they will be insistent on matching with others that they want to be with, and you’ll find things happening rapidly around them and through them.
So, how to be with and support them? Many of them will fuss about food because certain foods will be the antithesis of what their bodies need. You may find that nutrition needs to come from more clear sources for these young bodies. Things happen when they’re around, and some people will perhaps find that frightening, and yet they are perfectly calm in the midst of it all, knowing that there is nothing out of order. Death does not frighten them. They are perfectly aware that what has life needs some more space and will get it any way it is needed, do you see?
How to support them is a hard question, because they have so much energy, frequency-wise, that is supporting YOU, and all that is taking place now. They just need to be lovingly cared for. Do you understand? They may exhibit many capacities that you call psychic, but to them it’s just consciousness. They’re just very conscious, and then they can begin to articulate that. Your consciousness is enhanced in their presence, do you understand? Any qualities you have are magnified in their presence, so you might invite them to things, even if they’re small.
I WAS WONDERING IF YOU COULD EXPAND A BIT TALKING ABOUT THE TYPES OF PRACTICE WE COULD USE TO OBTAIN AND SUSTAIN SOME OF THE HIGHER FREQUENCY QUALITIES WHEN THERE ARE THINGS GOING ON AROUND US. ARE THERE ANY TOOLS OR RESOURCES SPECIFICALLY THAT YOU COULD MENTION?
Well, most of you already know how to clear yourselves when needed, yes? Mostly? So that is perhaps something that you could use. But you will find that it is mostly a matter of shifting focus much of the time. So, if you start to feel that you are being drawn by a focus over here, and it might be your own way of interpreting something, or the news, or someone in your family who is having stressful experience, etc., ……shift the focus. Rather than going down that path of focus, allow yourself to ask first “is there another way I can see this or be with this”. Ask the question that will trip the awareness into consciousness, perhaps, and then consciously choose. This is the year of choice, remember? It is a year of consciously choosing where you want to put your focus. That is an exercise, it is a practice. Some of you have tried it, some of you do it once in awhile, some of you practice it more often than that. In the past, one of the things I was trying to say earlier is that your past has included emotional burning-off of certain levels of consciousness, so it was necessary to allow the emotion, yes? Now, if you open and you find yourself draining energy or feeling as if there is something moving you down and out of your normal, natural state of being, that is the time to practice a shift and a different choice. Not to allow that and move with that, but to shift and choose consciously, that is a good practice.
Another good practice might be to notice more and more where, when, and what influences you. Where you are influenced, what influences you. It even could be certain foods that all of a sudden you feel tired, drained. Find out what that is, and choose something else. Could be a place you visited, and it doesn’t feel good. Choose something different, do you understand? So, find those places for yourself. The other thing that you might start to practice, and this is something that you can all play with, is to play with your aura. Play with your field. Notice what it feels like on the outer periphery of your energy field. Does it feel strong, does it feel wobbly, does it feel watery. Check it out, and if there is a sense that it is wobbly, weak, or somewhat threatened, then choose to play with some of the qualities that we spoke of earlier. Choose joy, delight, ecstasy, beauty, love, Divine order, or any number of things that come to you to play with. You will find that there is a way to be more masterful within your field, so you choose rather than allowing other people or things to influence you. Perhaps you have other suggestions amongst you of things that you have tried and work as practices that work for you. Use them, and you might find that it helps to share amongst you those things that are practical and helpful
IS THE IDEA TO BE ABLE TO SUSTAIN WITHIN THE FIELD THAT YOU FIND YOURSELF IN RATHER THAN LEAVE THE FIELD, OR DOES IT MATTER?
You will listen in every moment to what is most appropriate, most fully present in your experience what to do. If there is a sense that ‘this is not the place for me in this time”, then you will leave. If it is the place for you, then it is important to stay put AND sustain your frequency. If that is your place, then that is your place and it is a practice place. It’s good to practice during those times. You’re not going to run out if it is your family, or if it is someone you have invited to your home or something, you see? So then it is up to you to sustain who you are, your frequency, your qualities, and open them into the field at large where you are, even if others are vibrating something very different or have a very different perspective, or different thought-forms, different beliefs, different way of seeing things, emotional processes, challenges, etc., do you see?
WOULD YOU SAY A LITTLE ABOUT HOW WE CAN BEST BE OF SERVICE TO EACH OTHER AND THE EARTH, AND HOW CAN WE BEST BE OF COSMIC SERVICE.
Part of it is doing what we earlier said. It is a year of collaboration, and even if you are not all together physically, you are collaborating and undertaking and achieving something that has to do with the freeing of free will this year through choice. So, service happens every day, whether or not you are consciously in a position where you provide a service to others, or whether you are in your daily flow, your daily life. Service happens there, too. The service, then, is to choose where you focus, to choose how you feel in that time about things, how you see things, to shift if it is drawing too much energy away or down. That is service.
How else to serve? If you are drawn into nature, or you live in a place where you can walk, ask the earth mother how to help her, how to serve her. She’s very able to communicate to and through the new hologram. She formed it, after all. She designed it. So, when you’re hooked up to this she has access to you, you have access to her, and it’s much more immediate. Ask how you might be of help, especially if you are outside in nature, but she can of course communicate with you anywhere you are since matter is matter and mother is mother, and you are you. So it does not matter if you are out in nature, but it might be a place of greater receptivity for you.
Service for each of you will come probably this year in different forms, because the doors are opening and the collaborations are beginning, and the hologram is beginning to move you into those places and placements where you can articulate for others, and you can hold a hand out for someone else. You can share with them something that you have learned, you can open your frequency of joy, of love, of beauty, of awareness, and through being you vibrating in the field with them, they have an invitation to begin to shift if they have not already begun. So, many forms will come, and yet many of them will carry the qualities of creation through you into the forms and into the structures, and into the experiences that you share with others. So, you will be the vehicle for beauty, you will be the vehicle for love, you will be the vehicle for Divine delight dancing in a playful form that opens the door for someone. You’ll be the vehicle for clarity, for the will of creation to move through you. And it isn’t as if you are just the vehicle, you are collaborating with creation and it collaborates with you, so it is as if you are informed with it, you are expanded by it, you are embodying it, do you see? It’s fun. It’s very fun.
Some of us that are here in this particular spiritual realm are making preparations to re-embody in the next ten to twelve to twenty years, because the time has come. As I said, many of us have been without a body for a very long period of time in terms of your cycles, and are making preparations for a re-entry, so to speak. You may meet us! We probably won’t be able to talk right away, since infancy is still necessary in your reproductive cycles here, but some of us are making preparations to do so, partly to join the dance. We’ve had a part in creating it, too. You’ve had a physical, manifesting, burning out part, and perhaps you didn’t like your part so well at times, but those of us who’ve been long joined to the earth and the manifestation of the grand unfolding here of evolution of consciousness also would like to join the dance within matter, so that is also beginning to happen.
A QUESTION ABOUT YOU AND OTHER OLD ONES COMING BACK INTO THE NEW BODIES: WILL YOU REMEMBER MORE THAN WE DID WHEN WE CAME IN?
Of course, we would not let that go [laughter]. You’ve spent how many years trying to remember [54 now…..], why would we let it go now. No, it is not necessary. That is why we’ve waited [laughter].
SEVERAL OF US HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING A DESIRE FOR CHOCOLATE. NOT JUST CHOCOLATE, BUT CHOCOLATE WITH NUTS. WHAT’S THAT ABOUT?
Perhaps you are playing with Divine delight. One of its manifestations is chocolate. Don’t you feel more joyful……….? Certain things have manifested themselves in food substance, of course. If you went through the rays of creation, each one would have a food that it has also worked through and with, do you see?
WOULD YOU CARE TO LIST A FEW OF THOSE?
Ah, my listing. I’m not so good with lists. I might have to ask some of the others to come with some of these, but…………I’ll consult here with my collaborators for some of this. Let us see….Love…..what do you think love is?…………Certain fruits are manifestation of the frequencies of love. Oftentimes they are very, very sweet and juicy, and they in a sense open you. You sense as you open them, they open you. So if you dwell as you open such experiences with these fruits, you begin to experience yourself opening a certain level of love, a certain kind of love.
What about Divine order?………some of the nuts are Divine order, part because they have amino acids that are a certain formulation that will give you clarity of mind. And so, for example, almonds have within them a sense of clarity of mind. If you ever go to a workshop and you want to stay clear, bring a bag of almonds. Fresh and raw, if possible. Once you begin to work with them in different ways [process them] you might find that some of that quality is not as strong. That is one, and there are others.
You have certain foods at times that you are drawn to, and you do not understand why. They perhaps have qualities within them that you need to embody, to feel in a visceral, physical, material plane way. You can’t just keep frequencies in frequency invisible way, do you understand? You have to experience them, you have to feel them, you have to open them, you have to touch them, taste them, and experience them to embody them. So, of course all of the rays of creation would manifest physically, do you understand?
I’M WONDERING IF YOU COULD SAY SOMETHING ABOUT THE QUALITIES CONNECTED WITH GREEN VEGETABLES, LIKE BROCCOLI, BEANS, BRUSSEL SPROUTS, AND KALE, ETC.?
Many of the green vegetables are qualities that are part of life itself. Green is the color through all spectrums into all dimensions of life. So, many of the green vegetables have to do with life and the quality of life, and of eternal life which flows through all life itself, and can then experience it so you body has a sense of more empowered life, expansion of life. Your cells utilize it more purely for life.
WHAT ABOUT PEOPLE WHO HAVE A LOT OF FOOD ALLERGIES, OR HAVE TROUBLE DIGESTING CERTAIN FOOD GROUPS?
In the physical body there are certain lineages of consciousness that get set up, usually as children, in an atmosphere where in the family of origin there are certain pathways of consciousness that do not resonate with the soul. They vibrate very differently than the soul’s vibration, and so in an attempt to protect or push away such vibrations, such things, the body translates it as what you take in to yourself. Then the body begins to focus on specific foods or food groups, and it’s a bit of a confusion in the field that supports that allergy or that association of food with the environment. That can be un-done if you go through the sequence and find out what it was you were initially pushing away.
I LOVE THE THOUGHT OF THE FREEING UP OF FREE WILL. THAT JUST SOUNDS DELICIOUS TO ME. I KNOW THAT DURING A TIME OF CONTRACTING, PEOPLE MOVE INTO A PLACE OF MORE POWERFULLY CHOOSING SOMETHING MORE MAGNIFICENT OR PURE AS WHAT THEY REACH FOR IN THOSE MOMENTS. YOU ALSO MENTIONED THAT PERHAPS THOUSANDS WOULD GATHER TOGETHER TO MAKE NEW CHOICES. SO, I WONDERED IF YOU WOULD TAKE ANOTHER MOMENT TO TALK ABOUT WHAT NEW FREE-FLOWING STRUCTURES OR GATHERINGS MIGHT BECOME MORE NORMAL OR TYPICAL IN THE FIELD AS OLD STRUCTURES AND PARADIGMS DISINTEGRATE.
If you look at some of your young people, they are already beginning to do this where there is a spontaneous gathering around a particular topic, intention, or expression. Everyone shows up at the same time to wave their cell phone in the air, for example, or whatever, do you see? Yet, what is now taking place is that kind of spontaneous gathering. Some of you have already begun to be aware that this is possible, and you find yourself waking up one morning and calling several people. They call several people, and they call several people, and before you know it you have a gathering at a park of 40 people. And there is within that gathering a sense of intention that manifests itself through yourself or someone else, and you do what you come together to do. Then it dissipates and everyone goes on their way. You will start to find that happening more and more, and it is that kind of spontaneity that you’ll also find rather fun. It takes up much less time, and it’s much more efficient. Creation is gathering people together as needed, so to speak, and that will begin to happen.
You will also find that people don’t want to just come together and listen to people talk…like me….(ha ha ha)….that there are more gatherings where there are collaborative accomplishments or things to accomplish. Some of you are very skilled at assisting such collaborations and facilitating such accomplishments that come out of a group, and your skills will be drawn into service for such things that will need to come about. Most groups will not find themselves being long-term. Some will be supportive for longer term if it is a friendship, etc., but in terms of creation some of what is coming together may not need long-term collaboration or long-term groups.
Creation is efficient, do you see? It brings together what is needed, accomplishes it, and then it dissipates. In the past, in duality, the tendency was to crystallize and stay the same. That’s the tendency in duality, in the polarity system. In the new hologram there is no tendency to crystallize. That is why so many of you have had such wrenching loss and grief and death, because it has been coming out of the crystallization of the structures that manifested themselves in your life. The new hologram is much more fluid, spontaneous, collaborative in a more spontaneous way, and efficient. There is not this sense of crystallizing it, so it moves much more efficiently, and you will find that once you get used to it, it will be rather fun.
YOU SPOKE OF HOW WE WERE WORKING ON LINEAGES OF CONSCIOUSNESS. IN MY FAMILY, I SEEM TO BE THE ONE WHO DOES MOST OF THE SPIRITUAL WORK, BUT I’M NOT TOO ABUNDANT ON THE PHYSICAL LEVEL IN TERMS OF MAKING MONEY. IT SEEMS LIKE OTHERS IN MY FAMILY FIND THAT ASPECT VERY EASY, AND MONEY FLOWS EASILY TO THEM. IS THERE SOMETHING THAT IS KEEPING ME FROM GETTING THAT PIECE? WHY IS THERE SUCH AN IMBALANCE THERE?
Partly because the spiritual work that you ones have focused on has taken a lot of focus and attention, and you’ve spent your resources on it, many of you, rather than choosing to use your resources differently. Now, your focus is opening into greater and greater manifesting of the qualities of creation, the less visible spectrum. The frequencies that you are holding, you are not just going to hold them, you are going to manifest them. That will begin to ripple out and ripple back, because the hologram of life actually does want to magnify, grow, and produce more life. So, much more green and green stuff, including money, may flow through your experience.
You will start to notice, however, that when you do receive money you may make different choices compared to what those in your family do with their money. It may not be that you have to spend so much money working with the spiritual, but you may start to find that those things that you choose, you choose them with consciousness and you begin to notice that there are things that you create in your experience and in your life…….that’s in your home, and in your family, and in your work and service, and all of these places that are very specific. Yes, they may cost money, but they have a purpose, they land in the whole of your hologram of self. They land here in the material world, and they serve you, and you serve them, and you begin to feel the consciousness that you call forth out of the material plane, and it communicates with you as you communicate with it.
Money is part of the new hologram, and it flows through it without needing to accumulate so much, which is a crystallization process, do you understand, accumulation is a crystallization process. The new hologram doesn’t accumulate, it uses. You get money for what you need as you need it.
I HAVE SIMILAR ISSUES, AND I FEEL THAT THERE IS SOMETHING SEPARATING ME FROM MY ABILITY TO MANIFEST. IT’S NOT A WALL, OR EVEN A LOCKED DOOR, BUT IT’S MORE LIKE A MEMBRANE THAT IS IMPENETRABLE. I FEEL VERY BLOCKED AND VERY TRAPPED. COULD YOU SPEAK TO THAT?
Some of you are having difficulty breaking through that last place that your soul has erected in order to keep the sense of your most powerful self from being visible in the spectrum of the material plane…..your most powerful, your most present, your most magnified self. So, have no fear, it is okay to allow your great spirit self, your most powerful, magnified self, to be visible, and you are not showing up in duality. That is not where you are showing up. As you enter more fully, as you allow this last membrane of protection to dissolve, you are landing in the new hologram where you will be met by the new children, and by others who are in this whole dance with you. So, you are not landing in the place in the past where being who you fully could be was seen as this bright light, and then perhaps people from duality tried to make it go away, or make you go away. It’s an old protection, and the last remnants of that are beginning to dissolve and are moving so that your more powerful presence can and will be manifested. It is coming, it is happening. The support for that is now present with the beginning of the new cycle, and the doors opening, etc.
RATHER LIKE THE QUESTION ABOUT FOOD ALLERGIES, CAN YOU SPEAK TO THOSE OF US WITH CHEMICAL SENSITIVITY?
In the earth plane there have been many things created that are not truly in service of life. Those things in your body feel as if they are anti-life, or against life in your body. So, some of you have a more acute awareness or sensitivity of that, and then the body reacts or responds with certain symptoms. What we would suggest is to fortify your body with much green food, and the deep greens. The sea algaes are very good because they are concentrations of life. Some of the concentrations of life are from the oceans, from the great mother body, and they are pure with many of them still having a certain clarity in terms of frequency. So, fortify your body with more frequencies of life so that your body has less vulnerability to that which is against life. That may help.
I WOULD SUGGEST THAT IT MIGHT BE A GOOD TIME FOR US TO TRANSITION TO THE EARTH MOTHER SO WE HAVE TIME FOR WHAT SHE HAS IN MIND.
That is good, thank you. We need to be reminded, so that is a good suggestion. So, I will take my leave. I will not leave you, but I will step aside from this one’s experience here. It’s been my pleasure to have had this opportunity to share with you.

Hello, it is my pleasure to be here again with you. Could we breathe together, please? Stretch a little, some of you have been sitting for awhile. Open…….ahhhhhhhh. Yes. So, we have a new year, and it is good to have a new year [group agreement]. It is very good, yes. Have you noticed that your perception of time is changing? Yes? That it is speeding up, perhaps? Well, that is going to double this year, so get ready. Put on your seat belts, because it is even about to shift more. That which has happened in the last two months of our cycles of time has set up a certain foundation, or platform would be a good word, for another shift to take place within the time/space continuum, or how you perceive that reality is tied up together. This is my announcement.
So, sequence, time, is affected…..past, present, future…..and space is affected……how you feel in relationship to other things, objects and people, etc. This time/space shift doesn’t happen in the blink of an eye, but it does actually happen rather rapidly. In probably about two months or around that range…..this is January 1st …….you may start to feel this. It may feel for some of you to be slightly disorienting, particularly if you have a strong sense of time and space. But you already have been through it before, so some of you will remember feeling this way in other times, when it shifting in other times but you didn’t know what was happening. This time you will know, and so during this particular phase of two to three weeks, what is helpful is to allow yourselves to rest when you feel like you need to rest. Partly because your bodies are moving through this, and it does shift your sense of equilibrium in your field and in your body, so resting allows the shift to take place without pressing forward in your life and stressing yourself while feeling disoriented and perhaps out of balance a bit.
Another thing to do is some stretching breathwork where you allow yourself to breathe in and create spaciousness within your field, within your body, within your experience. Simultaneously you might find that certain things in your space no longer feel like you want them in your space. You will find yourself getting sensitive. Perhaps you already feel that you are too sensitive, but you are not too sensitive. You are going to be sensitive to space, and to relationships within space and within your environment. You might start to sense more acutely what you want in your space, and what you do not want in your space. So, again, how many of you have been cleaning out this last year? Some of you? Letting go, cleaning out, discarding, recycling. This is the refining stage where you start to sense, ah, these things……more needs to go.
Yet at the same time you may find inexplicable attractions to certain objects or things that in your conscious mind you say “this is not me, I never wanted this kind of thing before in my life or environment…why am I wanting this?”. Like chocolate…..with nuts, I heard. You will find such things happening, and the acuity of the desire will be so acute that you must have it. It is not something that has a sense of a lot of choice. It is a must, do you understand? That’s the level of sensitivity, of operating in this alignment as it clarifies and shifts in this time/space continuum. So, get it, whatever it might be. You might find a sense of needing to be with someone, someone perhaps you haven’t even thought about or perceive that you like! [laughter] Surprise, do you see? But it is a feeling of needing to be with in space and time. Do it. You may not understand. Some of it is inexplicable to the mind, it is by the feeling of your own body’s ability to designate what is needed in space and time for certain alchemical reasons, for certain creation purposes. Just as certain people, whether you like them or not, they may hold certain qualities or frequencies, or combinations within their field that you need. Just as you might need food, do you see? Follow up, even if you do not understand, and particularly during those weeks you will find some of this happening in surprising ways, unexpected kinds of things that are turning up for you to experience and to be with.
You will also find, during and after this shift, that your sense of spatial effectiveness changes. How much effect do you have, do you know? Sometimes you have feedback from people in your space about the effect you’ve had on them, but you’ll have a new sense of your effectiveness in the whole of this new hologram. It’s as if being plugged in with the shift in the time/space reality space, that you will sense and know more of your effectiveness, even if you are working on energetic levels where you are not in the same space as other people. You will still know and sense, and be able to have an experience of the effectiveness. Many of you have served for a long time without knowing your effects fully, yes? That will begin to be different in this next year. It is as if you become aware of the ripple you are in the space/time continuum. You are more sensitive to it, and it feeds back to you directly, not necessarily through people.
So, that is my announcement, and it is rather a big announcement. It has happened before. Have you been aware of simultaneous dizziness in the past where you talk to others, and everyone is feeling a bit out of balance? Those were slight shifts in the time/space continuum. Small shifts, not big ones, getting you and your bodies ready. Many of you in the past year to two years have been anchoring, finding the pole, the root, the earth, deepening it. That helps. During this next big shift, if you feel a little wobbly with your root chakra, plant it, work with it, get a strong pole-like feeling because that will also support you during this time, and you will feel less wobbly, less dizzy, and less fatigued during this time. So, that’s all I came to say, but I just wanted to be present. It is my joy to be present with you.
I know you have been sitting a long time. I don’t know if there is time for questions, and if anybody would have one, perhaps I could take one or two.
I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH THE GEMS AND MINERALS OF THIS EARTH FOR ABOUT 12 YEARS……..

…….AND I AM FEELING A QUICKENING IN THE LAST TWO MONTHS ABOUT THAT WORK AGAIN, AND HAVE A SENSE OF A RENEWED FUNCTION OF GEMS AND MINERALS IN RELATIONSHIP TO HUMANS, PLANTS, AND ANIMALS ON THIS PLANET. I WONDERED IF YOU MIGHT SPEAK TO THAT.
They are also moving into a new relationship within the new hologram of life and creation. They, too, have had their purpose within duality and worked within that range of consciousness to support, to help the evolution of consciousness in their way. Many of you have been drawn to crystals and stones over the years to support you in your transformation, your healing. You’ve worked with them. However, there was also a need for that relationship to also release for some of you to some degree, and it is now being re-constructed, re-calibrated in the new hologram for many of you, and for some of you in particular. Some of you will not have such a strong sense of the rocks and minerals in your next phase. They served you in the past, and that was their purpose. But, some of you will find not only a renewed interest, but they begin to communicate to you directly in ways that will inspire you to be not only their advocate and articulate for them what they wish to contribute. You will also at times collaborate with them in ways you might a human being, because the devas of the mineral kingdom will be able to be much more present and active in the next phase of creation. Then you may find that there are many friends that have, whose bodies have been stones or rocks or minerals, but who actually are more free of them in the next phase of creation where they are not so limited to certain things.
There are also frequency shifts that are happening within the mineral kingdom, just as certain qualities of creation have flowed through foods, they have also flowed through the mineral kingdom. Some of that is now becoming much more clarified. So, have fun.
I’VE BEEN DOING SOME PRACTICES IN A GROUP THAT ARE SORT OF ANCIENT PRACTICES, AND THERE IS ONE THAT WE DO THAT IS CALLED THE CIRCLE OF PROTECTION. IT ALWAYS FEELS LIKE THAT OLD WAY OF HAVING TO PROTECT YOUR FIELD, OR WHATEVER, DOESN’T SEEM TO BE IN RESONANCE WITH ME NOW. CAN YOU SPEAK OF THAT?
That is very true, very true. It is not about protection, because you are not vibrating fear and needing to then protect yourself from what you would attract by having fear, do you see? So, if you do not vibrate fear and you do not need to protect yourself from those things, then what is it that you wish to do, to create? So, the stronger you are in your field, the stronger your field is, the stronger your body is, the stronger you sense yourself to be present. It’s more about presence, full-embodied presence. There is no need for protection.
WERE THESE PRACTICES DONE IN A TIME WHERE……….
In duality.
IN DUALITY, OKAY.
In duality where there is a split of consciousness.
AND IF SOMEBODY SPEAKS OF THAT OR ARE LOOKING FOR THAT, HAVE THEY GONE INTO DUALITY?
Most often, people are yet coming from fear, and that is the split of consciousness. So, yes they are still working with that, perhaps asking at some level for another way to see that or to bring greater love and light in that area of their consciousness, to heal it, shift it, or transform it. But for you, protection is not something that you probably have any resonance with anymore, so you have different choices, you see.
I FIND THAT SOME OF THESE ANCIENT PRACTICES DON’T SEEM TO RESONATE WITH ME. WHEN WE GO INTO THEM, I END UP NOT DOING WHAT THE EXERCISE IS ABOUT OR WHATEVER. THERE’S ALWAYS A FEELING LIKE I’M NOT FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS, BUT I THINK I AM FOLLOWING A DIFFERENT DIRECTION……….
Perhaps these ancient practices were meant for the ancient ones. [laughter]
WELL THAT’S WHAT I’M THINKING. IF WE JUST SIT TOGETHER AND SEE WHAT WANTS TO COME NOW, THAT FEELS TO ME MUCH MORE SANE.

EARLIER IT WAS MENTIONED ABOUT WHETHER WE FEEL DRAWN INTO THE POLITICAL ARENA. I’VE BEEN WRESTLING WITH TRYING TO PUT INTO WORDS THE LESSONS OR GLEANINGS FROM A JOURNEY OF A COUPLE OF TRAUMATIC YEARS. WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO DO IS TO BE ABLE TO INJECT INTO THAT ARENA OF THE PUBLIC OPERATIONS THAT OFTEN COME FROM FEAR, SOME INROADS, SOME NEW IDEAS, SOME PLEA FOR DIFFERENT QUALITIES LIKE COMPASSION. I DON’T EVEN KNOW HOW TO START OR EVEN IF IT’S SOMETHING I SHOULD TAKE ON. IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN SAY TO THIS?
Allow yourself to create as you feel inspired from within to create your story. Do not write it according to the audience you perceive it to be for. Instead of focusing it on the audience, allow it to be expressed from your experience the way you want to express it, the way it feels most true, most clear, most real, most pure from you. From your experience, from your awareness, all that you’ve learned, do you understand? Tell the story without focusing on who it’s for at the moment, because you may not yet know fully where it will be seeded in the hologram of life, and in the hologram of the whole consciousness. But, creation will weave it in. If you create it as a gift from your heart and soul and experience for creation, it will seed it, but you don’t exactly know where it will land and take root. That is true for anyone wanting to create right now. Let yourself dance, let yourself write, let yourself create, let yourself move into form what you feel inspired to do. You may not yet know where it will land, but that’s okay. It will be seeded and be opened into different places that you might not have thought of when you began.
So, it is my great pleasure to close this gathering. Open wide and allow yourselves to be permeable for a time. You know you already are, your minds would not like to believe that sometimes, but you are. There are spaces between the cells, between the atoms of your body, between all material, visual things there is much openness, spaciousness, breath. So breathe into the spaces of your body. Breathe into the spaces between the atoms that form the molecules that form the cells. Breathe into the feelings, your emotions, and allow your feelings to touch the spaces as well as the substance. And allow your mind to relax, to allow, and to be receptive as if you are about to receive a great gift, but you don’t know what it is. You’re opening in the spaces of your being, to bring the qualities of creation, life, love, pleasure. Of order, sequence, of all that desires life. Choose what you would like to inhabit in terms of qualities of life. Choose what you would like to inhabit, and what you would like to have inhabit you in the spaces of your being.
Some of you may sense this to be colors. Some of you may feel it to be certain feelings. Some of you may actually hear qualities of melody or sound. And some of you may just have to trust that in opening these spaces and inviting in qualities of life, of love, of joy, of the dance, of clarity, of wisdom, of truth, of all that exists, that they take up residence in you.
